Growing up in Evergreen Colorado, the outdoors has always been my happy place. My love of nature brings me in tune with its biodiversity and how its atmospheric perspective is showcased through light at various times of the day. The medium of watercolor fascinates me because the variegation in the change-up of color values transitions and shifts when the colors are applied wet. Formally trained at the Colorado Institute of Art and Metropolitan State University, my creativity is expressed in combining a variety of drawing and painting mediums and color pallets. My focus as the lead graphic designer at Adams State University was always "Realizing the Graphic Fine Art Continuum" which is the tag line of my freelance company, Design Graphics & Illustration.
