Lisa Davis

Born in Michigan and raised for a time in California, Lisa spent her summers immersed in the wide-open spaces of Idaho. Surrounded by rivers full of trout, snow-capped mountains, and the steady rhythm of horseback riding almost every day, she found a deep connection to nature early in life. That freedom and quiet beauty had a lasting impact and shaped the way she sees the world.
Lisa moved to Colorado for college and has called it home ever since. She graduated from Colorado State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. After college, she built a creative career working with stained glass and custom framing, using her artistic eye in new and detailed ways. Eventually, her path led her back to painting, which remains her true passion. Today, Lisa continues to create and share her work through juried exhibitions and in galleries throughout the region.
